Great taxi service, I been riding with them for 5years never had any issues whatsoever. Even recently on the snow day I requested a cab and it showed up with no problem, no questions.Were other cab companies were shut down..
Don't download the app I've been using the app for almost 2 months now thought it was a pretty good app I would use this app to get to school and to arrive to work im 18 im a girl a student in high school graduating in December I booked a cab today at school around 10:09 and it arrived around 10:25 I got to the cab and the driver told me to sit in the front passenger seat I said no thank you I'll sit in the back when I got in he told me I would have to pay first I guess he got mad because I wouldn't say next to him. I told him I would pay him when we get where I'm supposed to be. I was going home early from school because I've been sick the whole week today I try to go back to school and hopefully make it through the day but I wasn't feeling the best. If I would have arrived at what house my father would have paid him there I even called my father and made him talk to the driver of how he would meet him as soon as he took me there and he told me to get out if I wasn't going to pay him right there I'm pretty sure he kicked me out because he wanted to take advantage of me if I sat next to him he wanted me to pay right there because I chose to set in the back instead of the front passenger seat so I got out and started crying I was starting to have a very bad panic attack because I just simply wanted to go home to my father and take my medication the people around me so that I was in pain and they best if I was okay I couldn't breathe and talk back to them but eventually I come down and told those nice people that I just wanted to go home and they said they will call a cab for me those nice people even called up the International Taxi phone number and made a complaint about how they kicked me out of cab the company did not do anything they could care less about how a customer would feel I didn't care anymore I just really wanted to go home I had 3 missed calls of my father I called back and he told me if I was okay I told him everything that happened I got home safe if you are a parent and have teenagers mostly teenage girls don't let them use the app or get service from this taxis they can care less about what happens to you they just only want to take advantage of customers and students like me
Orders fast, uses location to find me when I don't know the address its very useful. & I can call text my driver. The estimate works fine for me. ☺
The price keeps changing I only want a 6 minute drive 2.9 miles and it stated at $5 now it's $11 how?
